Collection & Shipping

Click & Collect:

We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service ONLY.

Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then collect your order at no additional charge at a time that suits you or your son.  Click & Collect is a perfect shopping option at the P&F College Shop as it allows you the convenience of 24 hour shopping online with same day collection in most instances.

To place a Click & Collect order register an account or log in and add products to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout process and complete your order. There is no minimum spend for Click & Collect orders.

We accept secure payments via Visa or Mastercard for Click & Collect Orders.

When can I collect my Order?

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Orders placed before the cut-off time of 8.30am each weekday will be available for same day collection after 1.00pm, during term time only.

The P&F College Shop is closed on public holidays, student free days and during the school holiday periods.  You are very welcome to continue to place orders outside of our regular business hours, but orders will not be able to be collected until the next business day.

Please note that during busy periods our processing time may be extended.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for you or your son to collect from the P&F College Shop.

How long are orders kept for Collection?

Click & Collect orders will be held for up to five (5) working days. Uncollected orders after five (5) working days will be cancelled and refunded. 

My Order has been Cancelled:

On occasion an item instore may be damaged, missing or at peak times the item may have just sold out.  We will only find out when we pick your order.  Although this does not happen often should this occur, you will receive a cancellation email advising you what has changed from your original order and you will be refunded for any item/s we were unable to provide.  We apologise if this happens. 

Shipping Availability:

We regret that orders will not be shipped at this time and we are offering a free Click & Collect service ONLY which is available in store daily. If you are unable to arrange collection from the P&F College Shop, please contact us directly to discuss alternative options.
