Returns & Exchanges
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit:
Any items purchased remaining in an unworn and new condition will be happily exchanged or returned for a refund. We will accept return of merchandise in store ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of purchase. You must provide a sales receipt. We will issue a credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping (where offered) shall be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to facilitate the exchange of merchandise by post.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise for Exchange:
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. We will accept return of such merchandise in store ONLY. We are unable to facilitate the exchange of merchandise by post.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be collected or delivered (where offered) to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped (where offered) to any other state or country.
